Working for my father before and during college in the construction industry as an electrical apprentice expanded my knowledge of this industry. I worked on both residential and commercial construction sites for over 5 years and have been around the construction industry since I can remember. My earliest memories are of accompanying my Dad or Grandad on a construction site.

I graduated from Marshall University in 2001 and have spent the last 13 years working in the manufacturing industry for America’s largest manufacturers of building materials, cabinetry, windows and fixtures. I have over 10 years of experience conducting home inspections to identify defective materials in the aforementioned areas. In 2018 I decided to exit Corporate America and bring my expertise to the Real Estate industry here in the Kanawha Valley and surrounding areas. I am excited to help my clients make SURE their hard earned money is invested on sound residential and commercial properties.

I am not short on experience! With over 6 years of experience and 2000 + home inspections conducted in the Kanawha valley, Beckley and Huntington areas we are ready to serve you!

Scott Schilling, Licensed Home Inspector.

Scott Schilling comes to us from an extensive background in mining. Scott worked as an electrician in the mines until his interests in homes and construction prompted him to get his home inspector license. Scott is also a licensed electrician which makes him optimal for digging in to a homes electrical systems to make sure they are up to code and safe. Scott is a native of the Charleston area and serves his community. We are proud to have Scott as an employee servicing our southern markets.
